Theatre, Cultural Centre look to future

Brossman found a way to re-open the Josie Adams Cultural Centre without a capital campaign to pay for it. There had been floor damage from flooding after a winter freeze, warped floors not safe for public usage, plus ripples, tripping hazards, and needed orange cones everywhere. The Centre had to be closed for almost three years. Through local volunteers and contractors, the weeklong repairs and replacements went from an $80,000 quote to only a $1,000 bill.
